Terms and Conditions

1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the Court of Brescia. The official language of these Terms is English.

2. User Roles and Account Eligibility

• Tribbers: Individuals including creators, promoters, staff, and other talent.
• Venuers: Tribbers authorized by a venue to manage opportunities on its behalf.
• Business Users (Venues): Legal entities or individual professionals managing a venue. They must provide full fiscal data, including VAT information.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

2.1 Not an Employment Agency

TribeVenue is not a recruitment agency, staffing company, or employment service. While venues may use the Platform to create opportunities related to their events (e.g., promoter, staff, or creator roles), TribeVenue does not mediate, guarantee, or manage any employment relationship between venues and individuals. TribeVenue does not pay, hire, or employ individuals on behalf of venues. Any agreement, compensation, or arrangement between a venue and an individual is entirely outside the scope of TribeVenue.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraudulent behavior.

4. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to:

• Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Misuse the Platform or impersonate others.

TribeVenue will not use photos, videos, texts, or other content uploaded by users for promotional or marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Liability Disclaimer

@works (TribeVenue) provides a digital matching service and is not a party to any contractual or working relationship established between users and venues. Neither @works nor venues shall be held liable for any damages, losses, disputes, or incidents arising from interactions between users.

All relations between users and venues are managed independently between the parties, and both expressly release @works from any and all claims, liabilities, or consequences thereof.

6. Indemnification Waiver

Users and venues acknowledge and accept that they cannot claim compensation, indemnity, or damages from @works (TribeVenue) under any circumstances.

7. Subscription and Billing

TribeVenue offers subscription plans handled via Paddle:

• Free: Venue is listed but cannot create events or opportunities.
• Connect: Can create events, and Tribbers physically present may use in-venue messaging.
• Engage: All features of Connect plus opportunity creation, Venuer assignment, and profile verification.

Plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 10 days before the next billing date. All features and pricing are shown on the Platform and may be updated with notice.

Venue plans are billed via Paddle and require a valid business profile with invoicing details.

Tribber Premium subscriptions are managed directly through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store depending on the platform used. Each platform has its own billing system, renewal policies, and refund procedures, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Any changes will be communicated at least 10 days in advance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or abuse of the Platform.
