Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01/08/2025

1. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

All subscriptions (Connect, Engage) renew automatically via Stripe.

Important Notice

To avoid renewal, users must disable auto-renewal at least 10 days before the renewal date.

You can manage your subscription settings through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

2. Refunds

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, including for:

  • Unused time on your subscription
  • Inactivity or lack of usage
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Any other reason

All sales are final. Please carefully review your subscription plan before purchasing.

3. Refund Exceptions

No specific exceptions apply to our refund policy.

However, if you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action if necessary.

4. Disputes

Payment-related issues may be handled either by TribeVenue or Stripe depending on the nature of the issue.

For billing disputes, please contact:

  • TribeVenue Support: For account-related questions, invoice and subscription management
  • Stripe Support: For payment processing

5. Plan Changes

Downgrade

You can downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Important: No refunds will be issued for the difference between plan prices.

Upgrade

You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the upgrade takes effect immediately.

The price difference will be prorated based on the remaining time in your billing period.

6. Tribber Premium Subscriptions

Tribber Premium subscriptions are managed directly through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, depending on the platform you use.

Each platform has its own billing system, renewal policies, and refund procedures:

  • Apple App Store: Managed according to Apple's subscription policies
  • Google Play Store: Managed according to Google's subscription policies

For Tribber Premium refund requests, you must contact the respective app store directly.

7. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  • 1-Log in to your TribeVenue account
  • 2-Navigate to your subscription settings
  • 3-Select "Cancel Subscription" or "Disable Auto-Renewal"
  • 4-Confirm your cancellation

Remember: You must cancel at least 10 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
