Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes will apply starting from the next billing cycle. Whether you're planning a seasonal event or managing long-term programming, TribeVenue adapts to your schedule.

A Venuer is a trusted user (from your staff or community) authorized to manage your venue’s activity on TribeVenue. They can post opportunities, accept or reject applications, and communicate with Tribbers — all while you retain full control over the venue profile. This role is available only in the Engage (Pro) plan.

Tribbers build their reputation through verified attendance, behavior, and feedback from venues. Instead of fake profiles or vanity metrics, you’ll see a transparent, merit-based attendance score. This helps you select people who have consistently shown up and performed well.

Yes — but messaging depends on your plan:
-With the Connect plan, Tribbers can message each other when they are physically present in your venue (in-venue guest messaging).
-With the Engage plan, you unlock full messaging: your venue can chat directly with Tribbers, and vice versa, anytime — even outside events.

Venues on the Engage plan can request a verified badge after completing a simple check through their official Instagram account. This badge increases your venue’s credibility, visibility, and attractiveness to top Tribbers.

Yes. TribeVenue allows business users to manage multiple venues under one account. Each venue can have its own profile, events, and subscription plan — while you keep centralized control and separate billing as needed.

Absolutely. TribeVenue is not just for individual venues — it's also designed for agencies that manage marketing, staffing, or event logistics for multiple clients. You can use a single business account to handle multiple venues and assign different Venuers or collaborators to each one.

No. TribeVenue does not act as an intermediary for payments. All financial agreements, compensation, and arrangements between venues and Tribbers — including creators, influencers, staff or PR — are handled directly by the venue.

TribeVenue provides the platform to find, evaluate, and manage real people for your events, but we leave full control over compensation and contracts in your hands. You decide who to work with, under what terms, and how payment is managed.

TribeVenue is not a ticketing platform. We do not manage entry, reservations, or sell tickets for events. Our focus is on people and presence — helping you build your team, connect with trusted Tribbers, and ensure your venue is filled with the right people.

If you already use a separate ticketing system or booking platform, you can continue doing so. TribeVenue works alongside your existing tools, not in place of them.

Inside your venue, Tribbers can connect with each other through a simple in-app messaging feature — available only when they are physically present at your location.

To keep interactions natural and respectful, messaging is intentionally limited:
each user can send up to 4 custom messages per venue session, and each message must be accepted by the recipient to continue the conversation.
There are no infinite chats, no pressure, no spam.

The goal is to make it easier for people to say things like “Hi 👋” or “Wanna grab a drink?” — and then meet in real life, not stay on a screen.
